Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We can't wait to meet you and make all your hair dreams come true! In order to protect our stylists' time and livelihood, we have the following Cancellation & No-Show Policy in place:

• Please cancel you appointment at least 24 hours in advance

• First No-Show will be a warning

• Second No-Show will require you to book with a credit card on file and you will be charged for 50% of your service

• Third No-Show you will be charged for the full service amount
